Last year, I wanted to gift something very special to my sister who lives in Florida. On the Balsamroot website, I found a unique pair of gem earrings in my sister's favorite color. I ordered them and they were shipped directly to her, promptly . My very happy sister sent me a picture of herself wearing the stunning earrings.
Recently, I realized that a specific chain length was needed for a necklace I wanted to give my daughter. But I did not realize it until after I'd sent the order!! So I reached out to Sherry. She made it happen, shipping the necklace the following day. Like every other piece I've received from Balsamroot, it was perfect!
