If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it for free within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact me for a pre-paid return shipping label to make it easy and painless to return or exchange your jewelry. Items may be exchanged one time for free. *USA Only.
MISSING PACKAGES
You'll receive an email with your tracking number when your package ships.
If tracking information states delivered and you do not have the package, please check with your postal provider.
I cannot send a duplicate package if delivery confirmation shows that the package was delivered to a confirmed address.
RETURNS
In order for returns to be accepted please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be given under these circumstances:
* Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition.
*Damaged/altered items may not be accepted for a refund or may result in a loss value.
*Items must be received back within 30 days of the date they were delivered.
Return in bubble wrap package with tracking number. Balsamroot Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returning packages.
